DECODING THE PROBLEM

We needed to design and develop a platform that offered seamless online appointment booking experience, with a hint of professional look to increase and ensure a trustable clinic.

The hard part is to integrate third party application for booking system. Gathering all the data and place it on the one place. This task has been successfully done and tested.

Making the website more interactive was another requirement, along with usage of technology that helped us track booking in real-time.

THE SUCCESSFUL OUTCOME

KPSurgery also needed to enhance their brand presence for which WTM structured multiple marketing channels. With both offline and online marketing, The KPS has become more successor than before. KPS has been filled with patients all the time which make the client happy and getting easy and quick booking facility makes patients happy.
